OUR MISSION

Artisans’ Bank was founded in 1861 and is Delaware’s second oldest bank. It is our mission to fulfill the critical role of a community bank:

•  We provide consumer financial services to help individuals and families buy homes and to reach their financial goals.
•  We develop and maintain relationships with small and medium size businesses and organizations through competitive lending and deposit services that help these entities prosper.
•  We maintain an outstanding Board of Directors, Management Team, and Staff whose interests are aligned with those of the Bank and our customers.

Artisans’ is a mutual bank owned by our depositors who live and work in our community. We focus on Delaware and our surrounding markets. As an independent, local institution we listen to our customers and make decisions quickly from our headquarters here in Delaware. We remain steadfast in the support and the enrichment of the communities we serve.
