The transition is easy and simple, but you’ll need to prepare for your first Login to the new platform:

What do I need to do to prepare?

• • • Ensure you know your current log-in credentials. Biometrics (Face ID and Touch ID) won't work the first time you access the site.
    • Ensure you have a compatible browser downloaded on your computer. Our new online banking platform is supported by: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
      It is NOT supported by Microsoft Internet Explorer.
    • Ensure we have your latest email address for communications.
    • Please be aware that current account alerts will not transfer over and will need to be set up in the new online platform.
    • Read below for further information regarding this upgrade.

First Time Access via a Browser from a Computer or Mobile Device

1. 1. 1. Once our new platform launches on July 11th, you can log in using the same login button found at ArtisansBank.com.
      2. Your current credentials will still work to log in.
      3. You will also be asked to set up Two-Factor Authentication, to help safeguard your account. Once this information is entered, you'll choose to receive a one-time verification code by either:
         1) Text message to the mobile number entered,
         2) Automated phone call to the phone number entered, or
         3) Authenticator App (Opens in a new Window)

 

First Time Access to the New Artisans’ Mobile App

1. 1. 1. You'll first need to download the new app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store by searching for "Artisans Bank." (If you open the existing app on your phone, it should also prompt you to download the new app.)
      2. Your current credentials will work but PLEASE NOTE: Biometrics will NOT work the first time you log in to the app. You will need to contact us if you do not recall your login credentials.
      3. You will also be asked to set up Two-Factor Authentication, to help safeguard your account. Once this information is entered, you'll choose to receive a one-time verification code by either:
