as Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager



WILMINGTON, Del. —June 2026 — Artisans’ Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Shawn Williams as Vice President, Commercial Relationship Manager, further strengthening the Bank’s commitment to serving businesses throughout Delaware and the surrounding region.

Williams joins Artisans’ Bank with more than 25 years of financial services experience and a deep understanding of the Delaware business community. In his new role, he will focus on developing and strengthening relationships with commercial clients, providing tailored lending and deposit solutions, and helping local businesses achieve their financial goals.

Most recently, Williams served with First Citizens Community Bank and previously held commercial banking positions with Bryn Mawr Trust/WSFS and Commerce Bank/TD Bank. Throughout his career, he has successfully grown commercial loan and deposit portfolios while building trusted relationships across a broad network of business professionals, including commercial real estate leaders, physicians, attorneys, accountants, and business owners.

Williams earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Western Michigan University and holds the designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® (CRPC®).

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Williams is actively involved in the Delaware community. He is a member of the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce, has been engaged with the Committee of 100 for many years, and previously served on the executive committee of the Food Bank of Delaware.
