Moov: Me-to-Me Transfers
Through partnership and integration with Moov and the Moov Wallet, and Visa Direct, Artisans Bank can offer near-instant transfers to and from debit-card based accounts for both retail and business customers. These rapid transfers really are much faster, because they’re sent over card rails rather than traditional ACH. The shift to the fast lane dramatically cuts transfer completion times.

How does Jack Henry Rapid Transfers stay secure?
Moov and Jack Henry perform a validation — called an account name inquiry — with the card brand to ensure the name on the card matches the name of the end user at the financial institution. The end user must also complete a 2FA security code verification. Adding an external debit card is an action that requires step-up authentication within our digital banking platform.

E-Statements
E-Statements, quicker than waiting for paper statements.
Don't wait for your paper statement to arrive in the mail. With E-Statements, you can view up to 18 months worth of statements online, quickly and securely.
- How do I enroll in e-Statements? - Simply log into your Online Banking and click the tab labeled “e-Statements”. When asked to submit your email address, please type your entire email address in lower case only.
- Is there a charge for e-Statements? - No, e-Statements are FREE!
- What accounts are eligible for e-Statements? - Checking, savings, money market, and loan accounts are eligible for e-Statements.
- How do I view my e-Statement? Each month when the statement is created, you will receive an email from e-statements@artisansbank.com notifying you the statement is ready for retrieval. In the email will be the security phrase you chose during enrollment to ensure the email is from Artisans’ Bank.
Once you have enrolled in Online Banking, sign up for e-statements.
