ACH Processing (Debit & Credit)

If your business collects dues, subscriptions, or receivables this process can help you do it quickly and easily. You can provide customers with an additional payment option that simplifies one-time and recurring payments. The ACH process also allows you to initiate debits through the ACH Network. The debit application can also be used for your business’ receivables participating through the electronic transfer of billing entries. Both the debit and credit process are efficient ways to speed up and automate payments in a low-cost and secure way.

- File Upload - $5.00 per upload

- Manual Deletes and Reversals - $15.00 per deletion/reversal

- Originated Item (debit or credit) - $0.10 per item

- Originated Return Item - $5.00 per return

- Information Reporting - $50.00 per report

ACH + Check Positive Pay

Positive Pay is an automated technology that monitors checks and ACH transactions before they are processed for payment. Businesses receive an email for items needing to be manually decisioned. Positive Pay empowers our Cash Management Clients to reject unauthorized transactions and identifies potentially fraudulent payments that their business can then approve or reject. In addition to preventing fraud, businesses can efficiently research and reconcile issued checks across all accounts. We offer this service at no additional cost to the account owner.

- Scanned Item Fee - $00.15 per item

Check Scanner - For efficient processing of large volumes of checks, it is advisable for your business to acquire a check scanner. While we are pleased to offer recommendations tailored to your business needs, it is important to note that ownership and maintenance of the scanner is up to the Company.
