For both new and existing customers, we carefully assess identity risk scores, customer location(s), and any existing relationships we might have with the accountholder to help us make informed decisions regarding opening your new account.

KYC Review
To ensure a smooth application process, we conduct a thorough KYC Review. This allows each application to be reviewed in detail, including the specific tags and reasons for any decisions made. If additional information or documentation is needed, we will reach out to you before finalizing our decision.
Ekata Identity Risk Score and Returned Reason Codes
We carefully review the Ekata Identity Risk Score and the corresponding reason codes for all new customers. This helps us make informed decisions about your application. Scores are categorized as follows: Red (Concerning), Yellow (Somewhat Concerning), and Green (Good). Your security is our priority, and we ensure that all factors are considered.
Out of Market - Existing Customers
For our valued existing customers who have moved outside our market area, we handle applications on a case-by-case basis. Instead of declining your request outright, we will place it into Manual Review. Rest assured, we will work with you to find the best solution for your new account.
Out of Market - Non-Customer
If you/your application falls outside our designated market area, it will be marked as Canceled, and you will see “Out of Area Address” in your checklist. No further action is required on your part in this case.
