With digital provisioning, your new Artisans’ Bank debit card can be securely added to your digital wallet before your physical card arrives in the mail, helping you continue making purchases without interruption.

What Is Digital Provisioning?

Digital provisioning is the process of securely delivering your replacement debit card information directly to your digital wallet, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Wallet.

Rather than waiting several days for a replacement card to arrive, eligible customers can begin using their new card through their smartphone or smartwatch shortly after the replacement card has been issued.

Think of it as having access to your new debit card right away, even while your physical card is still on its way.

Getting Started Is Easy

If you need a replacement debit card, simply contact Customer Service or visit your local branch.

Once your replacement card has been issued:

  1. Sign in to the Artisans’ Bank Mobile Banking App.
  2. Navigate to Card Management and select your replacement debit card.
  3. Choose Add to Digital Wallet.
  4. Select your preferred wallet option.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete setup.
  6. Open your digital wallet to confirm your card has been added.

Once completed, you’ll be able to make purchases using your mobile device while waiting for your physical card to arrive in the mail.
