To earn your Reward Rates, each statement cycle you are required to:

• Either a direct deposit transaction, an ACH Debit,
  or ACH Credit must be posted to the account
  each cycle.
• Customer must make a
  minimum of 12 signature
  based VISA ® check card
  transactions.
• Be enrolled in Online Banking
  and receive e-Statements.

Any statement cycle the reward requirements
are not met, you earn the base rate of 0.10% APY
for that statement cycle.
