Nonpublic personal or financial information (NPPI) does not include information available from public sources, such as the telephone directory or public government records. This information may include your name, address, social security number, primary identification number, assets, income and/or debts.
An affiliate means a company we own or control, a company that owns or controls us, or a company that is owned or controlled by the same company that owns or controls us. Artisans' Bank maintains no affiliate relationships.
A non-affiliated third party is any company that is not an affiliate of ours.

Non-FDIC Insured Investments
Artisans' Bank has an agreement with a non-affiliated third party service provider to have a properly licensed and segregated Artisans' Bank employee offer non-FDIC insured investment products under the trade name Artisans' Financial Services, a division of Artisans' Bank. In order to provide you these investment services, non-public personal and financial information may be disclosed to the non-affiliated third party service provider. In these instances, we provide only the information they require to perform the agreed-upon service and we require them to maintain the confidentiality of your information. You do not have a right to "opt-out" of this type of information sharing.
Direct Marketing
Artisans' Bank does not sell, rent, or otherwise provide any customer information to outside companies so that they can solicit non-financial services to you by mail, telephone, or Internet
Artisans' Bank Web Site
Artisans' Bank uses standard Internet industry software to collect non-identifying information about our web site visitors; such as the date and time our site was accessed, the IP address (a numeric address given to servers connected to the Internet), the web browser used, and city, state and country. This information is used to create summary statistics which determines the level of interest in the information we make available on our web site.
Artisans' Bank obtains personal information about you on our web site only if you volunteer it, such as submitting an e-mail, jumpstart application, or using our online banking services. If you choose to contact us, we will use your nonpublic personal or financial information only for the purpose of responding to your e-mail or request. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act
This law was enacted in 1998 to regulate the online collection of personal information from children under the age of 13. Artisans' Bank complies with the COPPA regulations. Our web site is not directed towards children and the Bank does not collect personal information from children online. Those children who have Artisans' Bank accounts (through our "Bank in School" program) and utilize the Bank's Internet Banking program, sign up for these services in person and with written parental permission. When such programs are transacted, the Bank's strong privacy standards, as explained in this disclosure, also apply to these accounts.

To reduce the risk or fraud or identity theft, Artisans' Bank takes industry approved measures to dispose of your sensitive information, whether maintained in hard copy or electronic formats.
Data Breach Response Program
As requried by the Privacy regulations, Artisans' Bank has established a formal response program in the event your data becomes compromised or misused. When required, customer notice of such an event will be given to you in a clear, conspicuous and timely manner
What You Can Do
You play an important role in protecting the privacy and accuracy of your nonpublic personal and financial information. Keep good records. Review your account statements and transaction receipts in a timely manner. Notify the Bank immediately if your identification or bank records are lost or stolen. Do not share your passwords or PINs with anyone. And when asked, please respect the Bank's requests for identification; they are for your own protection.
