E Commerce Implementation and Support Minimize Date: September 21, 2007 Location: Executive Office Red Clay Center at Little Falls 2961 Centerville Road Wilmington, DE 19808 Job Opportunity: This position is responsible for performing operational support duties related to On-line Cash Management products and services. Visit merchant locations, perform system setups, and provide a full range of professional, technical, and general support to customers and Bank personnel. Respond to telephone and email inquiries. Perform daily tasks including reviewing reports and preparing correspondence. Salary $25,000-$27,000 Skills & Education Requirements: Some college or tech trade school preferred. Two years related experience and/or training. Experience must consist of E-Commerce banking or call center support in a financial services industry. Basic knowledge of state and fed regs, banking terminology, computer operations and math skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision.
